| General Information |

- Purchase Orders: Orders received without pricing will be charged at current catalogue prices.
- Repeat Orders: No Screen charges for repeat orders
- Changes to Orders: All changes to order must be confirmed in writing prior to production. Verbal order changes are not accepted.
- Less than minimum orders: A charge of $30(V) will be incurred for orders below minimum requirement.
- Blank Goods: Please call the factory for prices.
- PMS Color Match: We will make every effort to match PMS colors when specified. Exact color match is not guaranteed.
- Rush Orders: There is no charge for rush services. Please call the factory for production schedules. Air delivery may be required on
deadline shipment orders.
- Packing: Items are packed in bulk. Individually poly-bagged will add $0.31(v) per piece.
- Drop shipment: There will be no charge for Drop shipments. The freight charges will be billed under Shipping & Handling.
- Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship under or over by 5% and bill accordingly. In case of an under run of 5% or less, factory
reserves the right not to print the remaining balance.
- Shipping Method: F.O.B. New Jersey. Cosmos Exports reserves the right to determine the best shipping method available unless
specified by the customer. All freight charges will be billed to the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer when goods
are delivered to the carrier, whether the customer selects the carrier.
- Handling charges: A handling fee of $18(X) will be charged for each order.
- Acceptance: The customer should inspect the goods immediately upon arrival. Claim will only be accepted within 15 days of their
arrival. If customer fails to give such written notice, the goods shall be deemed to accept and bound to pay for goods in accordance
with terms in the contract. The customer expressly waives any rights the customer may have to revoke acceptance after such 15 days
period.
- Cancellation: All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be accepted only if the merchandise has not been decorated. All
cancellations must be received in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Orders cancelled during production will be charged
at the cost of material and labor extended to date including shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all
cancellations.
- Disclaimer: Due to manufacturing tolerance, all dimensions have acceptable variance of ½”. Due to circumstances beyond our control,
Cosmos Exports cannot guarantee continuity of exact shade, color, size, weight, texture, colorfastness or construction of finished goods.
Cosmos Exports cannot be held liable for delays due to customs, quota or natural causes. Cosmos Exports will make every effort to
meet delivery deadlines. Prices are subject to change without notice. Logos appearing on products in this catalogue do not represent
